Great studio with great staff! A very positive, fun, and encouraging environment perfect for anyone and all fitness levels! they tailor the course to offer a couple options of what you can practice so there is something alternative for different levels of experience wether it’s your first time here or your 10th you’ll have a great time!

A wonderful, inclusive studio where the instructors are extremely mindful of each individual’s level and ability. They also strive to ensure everyone has their own pole whenever possible. Such a great group of lovely women, they make you feel like old friends!
