Pierrette W

Pierrette attended her first pole class in April of 2013 and fell in love immediately. Coming from a sedentary background this was a life changing experience for her, that led her to try many other aerial disciplines. Today she primarily focuses on pole, silks and pole silks, a fusion between the two previous apparatuses. The transition from student to teacher came organically for her; as peers and fellow students were often asking for help. This help quickly progressed into teaching her first class in 2014. After a short break from teaching, she joined the Redefine Fit Team in 2016. Pierrette is always looking to improve her skills whether it’s through personal practice, workshops, or classes, this is why you will often find her as a student at Redefine Fit. In 2017 looking for a new challenge her pole bestie Nicola and her formed Aya_Doubles. The variety of Pierrette training experience is reflected in her class structure as she pulls knowledge from both the pole and circus world

Stacie N

Stacie Noel is Toronto based performer and instructor who specializes in fusion belly dance which incorporates foundations from Middle Eastern belly dance, tribal fusion, popping, contemporary, indian fusion, and waacking to create a unique style of dance that encompasses her favourite moves and blends them with the snake like styles from bellydance.

Stephanie P

Stephanie started her aerial arts journey in aerial silks and lyra back in 2012 and became curious about pole later that same year. She focuses on deconstructing elements of pole based on technique, form, and foundation. If she must confess, superman (more like superwoman!) is her all time favourite move – she can do it all day, errday. Trust, you will learn the many ways into and out of a superman among many other fundamental pole basics in Intermediate 101 with Stephanie
